Preparation

Season to taste. Add 30-40g butter to the pan and heat at a low temperature (level 7/10), wait until the butter foams. Fry the fish for 2-3min on one side only, turn, fry for a further 20sec. Enjoy!

98% recycled material

Conservation of resources

With an average of just 150 g of material per insulated packaging, insulated bags have by far the lowest resource consumption. By comparison, packaging made from straw, jute or paper weighs well over 2 kg. This efficiency ensures very low energy consumption in production.

Upcycling

The isobags are also made from 98% recycled and unmixed plastics. By using recycled material, we promote the circular economy and reduce CO2 emissions in raw material extraction and production by over 80%.

Optimally cooled for up to 48 hours

Our products are carefully packaged by hand immediately after processing and kept chilled on site until dispatch. This enables us to guarantee optimum deliveries.
