Freshness & storage:

Our catfish is always freshly harvested on Wednesdays and Thursdays and delivered to you in the evening, so you have your fillets at home for the weekend - vacuum-packed, chilled and with ice pads in environmentally friendly cardboard packaging. Once opened, please store in a cool place.

Shipping & delivery:

📦 Delivery only on Thursdays & Fridays - for maximum freshness directly to your home after the harvest. It couldn't be fresher.

Preparation

Season to taste. Add 15 ml oil to the pan and fry the fish on the skin side at a low temperature (level 7/10) until the fillet is translucent on top.
on top. Turn and briefly fry the other side (max. 20 sec.). Enjoy!
