We declare war on Pangasius with our new products!!!

We declare war on Pangasius with our new products!!!

There is always talk about improving C02 and the ecological footprint. Healthier food for people and the environment. But what is really being done about it? We are taking action!

Pangasius is one of the most imported fish, even in Switzerland. "Fresh" from Vietnam or other places. Pangasius is a catfish and this is where we come in.

We are extremely proud to announce that we are producing another species of fish locally.

We breed Swiss catfish in the region of Eastern Switzerland and will be launching them on the market towards the end of the year. This is a novelty and here, too, we are breaking new ground and swimming against the tide.

At this point we would like to take up the cudgels for catfish, also known as pangasius or catfish.

Unjustifiably suffering from a slightly tarnished reputation, it has not yet been able to develop its potential. Certainly not the prettiest, but an absolute heavyweight that delivers much more than it promises.

We are therefore addressing the issue and clarifying it!

  • No more aftertaste thanks to ideal growing conditions -> This makes it a special delicacy
  • No bones and white juicy meat with a mild taste -> it even conquers the top gastronomy with a flick of the fin (it has already been found in the Hotel Bürgenstock)
  • Rich in healthy fats, vitamin B-12 and selenium, it is significantly better than other well-known fish

Catfish also provides a considerable amount of protein for daily consumption. Just like salmon, but with far fewer calories and less CO2 pollution due to local production. Vietnam or eastern Switzerland are already huge differences. Not only in taste.

The options for the future are limitless! Whether catfish mousse in a sandwich, fish sticks made from pure fillet or simply convenient convenience food with catfish balls. This is just the beginning of this exciting story.

PS: if you are already interested, whether private or gastro/business customers, please send me a PN, as this is a limited edition. First come first serve.
