Quick and easy - your Airfryer recipe with our fillet bites

No time, but fancy something fresh, healthy and tasty? Our fillet bites combined with oven-roasted sweet potato, crunchy broccoli and sweet cherry tomatoes bring color and flavor to your plate. Ideal for a quick lunch or meal prep for work the next day without stress.

After-work bowl by Local Fish

Ingredients (for 2 people):

  • 200g LocalFish Filet Bites (Airfryer Edition)
  • 1 medium-sized sweet potato
  • 1 small broccoli
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Optional: add a little lemon juice or yogurt dip

This is how it works:

  1. Peel the sweet potato and cut into small cubes.
    Mix with 1 tsp olive oil, salt & pepper.
    In the airfryer: 180 °C, 15 minutes (start before the rest)
  2. Divide the broccoli into florets and halve the cherry tomatoes.
    Add to the sweet potatoes after 7 minutes cooking time.
  3. Place the fillet bites in the Airfryer for the last 8 minutes - straight from the fridge into the Airfryer.
  4. Serve everything together in a bowl or on a plate.
    If you like, add some fresh lemon juice or a yogurt and herb dip on top.

And bang - your favorite healthy dish is served.

🥗 Recipe: Caesar-style salad with fish fillet bites (Poseidon salad)

Sometimes it doesn't take much to do something good for yourself. A crisp salad, a creamy dressing, a few warm, crispy fillet bites - your feel-good meal is ready. Quick to make, balanced and still really tasty.

Our Caesar-style salad with fish brings together everything you need after a long day: freshness, warmth, protein - and a little indulgence in between. 🐟💚

Ingredients (for 2 people):

  • 200g LocalFish Filet Bites (Airfryer Edition)
  • 1 small romaine lettuce (or baby spinach/rocket)
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes
  • Some Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1-2 slices of bread (for croutons)
  • Optional: 1 hard-boiled egg
  • Olive oil, salt & pepper

For a quick dressing:

  • 2 tbsp yogurt or crème fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 small clove of garlic (pressed)
  • Salt & black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cook the fillet bites in the Airfryer at 200 °C for 8 minutes until golden brown.

  2. In the meantime:

  • Cut the bread into small cubes, toast in the airfryer with a little olive oil until crispy (alternatively, you can also use a pan)
  • Wash the lettuce, spin dry
  • Halve the tomatoes, slice the egg if necessary
  1. Mix the dressing: Mix all the ingredients together and season to taste.

  2. Mix everything together in a large bowl: Lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, egg and parmesan. Pour over the dressing
    and mix gently.

  3. Fillet bites on top - your Caesar-style delight is ready.
