Regional fish at star level
LocalFish meets top gastronomy
The demand for high-quality, regional food is constantly increasing, not only in the private sector, but also in top gastronomy. When regional ingredients are brought to the plate with innovation and first-class quality, culinary experiences in a class of their own are created. This is exactly what our current collaboration with Heiko Nieder, the star chef at the Dolder Grand in Zurich, who has been awarded 19 GaultMillau points, demonstrates.
Zurich zander & gourmet catfish: more than just fish
Heiko Nieder focuses on exclusivity, precision and taste in his cuisine - values that LocalFish also shares. Our products, such as fresh Zurich zander and sustainably farmed catfish, are perfect examples of the fusion of innovation and tradition.
While the tender zander with its fine texture is ideal for refined dishes, the catfish surprises even the most discerning palates with its firm flesh and mild aroma. Both fish come from sustainable production, without long transportation routes and with maximum freshness.
Star quality starts with the origin
The key to excellent gastronomy lies in selecting the best ingredients. That's why we work closely with chefs such as Heiko Nieder and Gabriel Heintjes to show that regional products can meet the highest culinary standards. Sustainability and regionality are no longer just buzzwords, but indispensable values in modern cuisine.
Working together for good taste
With our vision of rethinking fish production locally and sustainably, we not only supply private households, but also gourmet restaurants. Heiko Nieder proves that Swiss fish products such as our Zurich pikeperch and catfish are on a par with international delicacies.
We are proud to be part of this culinary journey and look forward to seeing more top chefs in Switzerland using local, sustainable fish products. There are no limits to creativity here.
Quality that inspires
The success of our collaboration with top gastronomy shows that regionality and top quality are not mutually exclusive - on the contrary. They go hand in hand and create true taste experiences.
